| 3. Connect |

| click "connect" button to connect |

| Input your account(helpdesk@company.com) in password
pop-up window. |
| Note: Password here is your account (Ex: helpdesk@company.com) |
| 4. Logon Succeed |

Your Client PC's screen will appear on your PC in no time.
You can remote control your Client's PC . ( Ex:Help your Client to
Install or configurate software, Solve tech problem, Etc. )

| 5. Close or inform your client close GlobalHelp
process after this technical support |
|
|
| |
| At end of the session, close your client GlobalHelp
application by right-clicking surf icon. Release your account
for reuse to help your another client. |
